Thanks chris its going to be the original blue with all the chrome bumpers etc it should look cool... I want it understated so it doesnt look like much has been done on it (until you put it next to a standard one...)

should have it in paint within a few weeks all being well (IE no more BMX/expensive record purchases)

Well Ive got 3 days off work so Ive decied to get all the welding on the under side finished.

I fabricated and the patch panels for the under side today (most this consisted of the bottom of the spare wheel well)  - the hole was about a foot and a half long!!!!

Ill get some before and after pics tommorow and then its ready for the solenoid pops on the door, primer and paint!!!!!!

long time no post - during a very quiet night shift at work I spent a good few hours perusing the web for pics of cars to motivate me to get on with the fiat as it only needs 2 bits of welding, painting and putting back together the sh*t lowering out of it!

so I got the metal spitting b4stard I refer as a "welder" after several false starts manged to create a rather ugly weld on the 2 1/2 foot long crack in the front end of the car (the panel flanges where welded under neath+ welds dressed and primed after this shot... deffo more to come but its a start as they say.....really must get him back on the road...
