Imagine if someone really paid 4k for this car and than they find out most of it was a complete lie.

The worst thing is, the seller knew exactly what he was selling, but it didn`t bother him a little bit to make up up few stories.

Maybe this time he will actually tell someone if the vin plate is in Polish :-) Maybe he will actually send some engine pics or info. Last time the car was in a lock up too far away.

I have reported the item to ebay for being fraudulantly listed.
maybe if some other people believe this is the case they could report it too and help prevent someone being overcharged for a 126 with a go faster stripe.

I was planning to do the same.

Reported, and sent this to the seller.
"Whoever sold you this told you a pack of lies, you should probably look into your legal position as to whether you can take them to small claims court.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/lupinehorror/4021124241/  ?? Did you know that all 126's were built in Poland post 1979? Did you know that Bambino was the german name for all 126's, not a special edition? Did you know that false information on ebay is considered to be fraudulent. Also the Ferrari Fiat merger was in 1969 and both Scuderia drivers were French in 1983. "

Marc

Also they lied about the Practical classics appearance, there was not a featured 126 at all in 2009, there was a burgundy 1973 car in the August 2008 edition, and a black 1973 car in the may 2010 edition.

Just seeing what Practical Classics make of it now.

I couldn't believe that it's back. Other than the false claims It actually looks like a nice car.
Though the Ferrari badges do look great and everyone should do it  :D :D :D

Hopefully it will go on sale honestly now, I doubt it, but we've done what we can.
