I recon it should look good, it will smooth out the body where the lights are at the moment.

just a little question and i dont suppose any mot tester would ever spot it but is there a minimum height that an indicator must be for legal reasons?

thats good i said it because i know they have laws about headlight heights you see and didnt want to see you get a knock back on test day because of that.

started my strip down today in preparation for a new gearbox, disc brakes, the finish of the bumper mods and a freshen up on the engine to get rid of thems nasty leaks never had the engine out before its nice to know you can easily remove it by yourself without an engine crane-

theyve got to be split anyway as I'm replacing the gear box and Ive never done it before so wasnt really sure how to disconnect the drive shafts... in hindsight it might have been easier... I managed got my first disc brake on today!!!

What exactly does one need to make/do to fit the discs?

And i always take the engine off first, then the box, its just lighter, and me and my bro can take it off without any problems...
What exactly do you intend to do with the engine?

Keep it up fella  [-/

the brake mechanism's are all cinquecento (disc pads calipers) the only special bits are the plates that bolt the caliper carriers to the car a set of spacers that got between the caliper carriers and the plates.

Im also using a set of cinq flexis connected to some longer relocated brake pipes and Im going to fit a bis valve to the rear brakes to ensure they dont pull up before the discs do...

Thes engine is just coming out for a freshen up clean and replacement of the gearbox which is knackered...
