to day i finishe dthe ps sill spot welded along the top plug welded along the bottom , then moved the car over and attacked the ds one , with doing the ps one the ds one was easier , and not half as bad as it looked , primed the inside of the wings and sills with ZINC PRIMER , owen nw
10 inches of the bottom edge of inner sill needed
metal around the floor is excellent

to day had some help from my father , he done all the drilling of the holes and grinding lol , new floor section ds done jacking point put bak on , new sill fitted , owen nw

to day i had to cut the chassis number of the ole inner wheel arch and graft in onto the new one , i then prepped the new battery tray drilled out the ole one and painting the new one with zinc primer ,then when dry welded it on ,
i also got a great ebay bargin a full sunroof with new frame for £80 delivered for the fiat 500
look at the ole price tag
