Title: Barchetta 595 moulds
Post by: jacw on June 25, 2020, 12:12:27 PM
Hi, I've been away for some while so may have missed a few posts but I wondered if anyone had any up to date news on where the Barchetta 595 moulds have ended up?

I did recently try to contact Mark Hill (who in 2015 owned the original Dove Motor Co. moulds) with no success.

Any news welcome. Thanks.
John

Thanks Chris, interesting but this is from a different set of moulds. The original Dove made bodies did not have opening doors as they felt, probably correctly, that weakened the car considerably. I'll keep looking. John

When I brought the car (A893OYC) that had been notoriously cut up and abandoned at the start of 2018 the moulds were up on the rafters at malvern glass fibre  ;D
