My New Fiat 126 (1973)

My new fiat 126, 1973,

http://www.dropshots.com/day.php?userid=73614&cdate=20060520

About 3 years ago the girl who i bought it from drove down my road in, it was at the time i was trying to get my BIS on the road, it turned out that she only lives a mile from my house went to have a lok at couldnt resist. The car even has 3 months MOT left :???: which i cant understand because the sill needs sorting, the spare wheel well has gone, surpised spare wheel hasnt fallen out. The girl i bought it from hadnt used it for a year. Overall its quite solid, its only done 15k miles!

Unfortunatley i will have to sell my FSM aircooled now with sprts exhaust, which i had planned to use over the summer. I will post pics info up on here, would prefer it to go to a member.

regards

Looks nice Chris! You are lucky to find one of that year. Well worth doing up!

im happy with it, its obviously not in the same condition as Brett Moxoms, but i think i can get it looking nice without too much work. Just checked Brett Moxoms, 126 is N reg one i bought is M.

What year and month is showing on the reg/log book?
Perhaps it's one of the earliest in the UK?

Chris

get rid of the Bis and keep the FSM, the air-cooled engine is so much better. Will have a nice fast aircooled engine in a few weeks which would fit one of them perfectly
