Mini Wheels
« on: March 21, 2007, 08:23:01 PM »
Before I go and purchase a set of Minilight style wheels, could someone please tell me if wheels off a Mini will fit, or do I have to source a dedicated set of Minilights for the Fiat offset. I just had a terrible thought that I will be wasting my cash by steaming ahead with my impulsive purchase.

STOP! 98 PCD is neaded, and if you go to 13'' you need the correct off set,12'' is not so critical.......lots of guys on here will help you more.......im just boring and used 13'' x 5 1/2 CD11 cromodoras which fit perfectly......but cinq rims etc are ok too,a bit front drive inset, but ok

What I intend to purchase are a set of wheels taken from a Mini, I am looking at 12inchers. I think 13 inch jobbies look out of place on the 500. Do all Mini light style rims fit ok, or do I have to sourcs a particular brand. A member from the 500 forum suggested looking at the Superlight web site. Yes! these wheels look georgeous but new units are out of my price range.  Any advise will be much appreciated.

the 500 is even more criticle than a 126 for wheels, thats if you want to keep the body standard..........i think 5j is the widest you can go......
