My post wasn`t aimed at anyone particular.
The thing is people see couple of cars on the internet which make big money and they seem to think they car is worth a fortune.
I think eBay could be misleading sometimes, as you don`t know if people are pushing bids up themselves and when you see the same car advertised over and over again it doesn`t send a good message.

There is plenty of cars advertised at over inflated prices. There was a bis recently, also advertised on this forum, sold for about £1000 a week later appeared on Car and Classic for £3.5k. It`s laughable really.
Here are also couple of examples.
The first car has been selling for well over a year now but the seller still don`t seem to get the message.

If I remember it started of somewhere near 7k.

This one is sold by a trader. Has been advertised for ages again.

I agree with the comment, that a car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, but there is a certain market value and people need to be realistic.
I`m not trying to knock the fact that the prices of 126 have gone up, as they did which is normal for most classics.

Also an offer is just an offer, I only believe facts, when I have the cash in my hand or in the bank.

 Rant over.
