I also have a garage full of parts that can go with it. Wheels, engine, suspension, doors, bonnet, boot, glass, 3 carbs 'refurbished'. Too much to list really.

Please make me an offer for the whole lot.

I really need to get a cheap runabout and pay the recovery asap.

Ugh  :(, that's a bad Christmas for you . I wish your much strength. There must be a way to get the car back in order, even though I understand the frustration. good luck!

When it was lifted out the roof Just above both doors has creased.

You can see the water level. The mess everywhere is Marcs fault (bloody cat litter). ;) :D Marc you are wrong is does not soak up as much damp as I thought 'note it was in the car before and during the dip' ;D

See where the door was forced

I will remove the carpets (and wash)  seats are vinyl so should be fine. As for the steering column being crow barred off as the steering lick was on I don't know yet.

Biggest problem is that the roof is  :rant

Do you know if it was running when it went in the water? Hopefully it wasn't. Have you got any photos of the roof?

No it looks like it was dragged. Then just rolled down the hill into the pond. The pond is only about 100 yards from my house. I back onto the park, so was an easy job for them.

They also smashed windows on 10-20 other cars.

W**kers!
The engine shouldn't be damaged then, just drain it well.

It is leaking oil, I think the sump got damaged as it went in.

WHY???? Unbelievable!! I am speechless. With a bit of work, Beryl will be as good as new.
