Title: Catalytic converter
Post by: Brighton_126 on January 08, 2018, 07:35:15 PM
Hi,
I was wandering if my 2000 happy end 126 has a catalytic converter fitted as I can't find anything anywhere which might suggest that it did have a catalytic converter.
Many thanks
Luca

Being an ELX, it should do.

Not sure what the laws were in Poland at the time, but if it was made for the domestic market it might have not needed one. I know they've got some charcoal fitted box that serves to reduce emissions ;D.
You'll probably be OK, but it mainly depends on the MOT garage and the tester.

As long as it has passed an MOT you will be fine. How is it going with the registration process?

 That's great news.  :wave
You'll have to pop down some point.

Hi guys.

The cat silencer has a plugged nut for lambda, used only to adjust the A/F mixture at idle.
