4x190 -> 4x98 conversion
« on: July 01, 2012, 06:57:47 PM »
I tried to find old topics but didn't find any good one. I'm right now finishing the sheet metal work in my car and before the whole car will be sand blasted and painted I would like to be 100% sure that my 4x98 13" wheels will fit in my car. So I have to fit the 4x98 hubs and 13" wheels before I can proceed any further.

What parts do I need to make a 4x190 -> 4x98 conversion and what is the best/cheapest place to buy them?

For the front: steering knuckle, bearings and hub for the new type.

For the back: the newer hub only

If you gonna use the drums - all the kit for the new type.

 :)

I am from Portugal and I have a 126 of 74 "and wanted to convert from 4x190 to 4x98. Is it possible to use the braking of the fiat 127 from the first series? If not what parts of what car can I use to do the conversion?
