Post by: 126redbomb on August 02, 2020, 01:13:30 PM
Hi all, my rear light connector pins are corroding away :$, does anyone know where I could get some or is there a similar connector from another car
Cheers

Is the other end of the socket corroded as well? If you have easy access I would replace both sockets with something like this https://tinyurl.com/y62aqzwz make sure that the amperage and cable diameter is suitable and use heat shrink for the soldered connections.

Cheers Chris, I noticed the Fiat 127 has the same connector but I'm really after the pins. :thumbup

Duh my wife reminded me that I had an old Fiat 126 harness :D but for the future if anyone else ends up with this issue (which they are bound to get) it would be good to know which other model shares the same connectors so you can just splice on the pin instead of modifying.
