BIS spigot bushing lubrication

Anybody know if the crankshaft spigot bushing is lubricated from inside the crankshaft?

I just changed the crankshaft bearing and seal but when I run the engine on the bench for a short periode of time it seems like oil are collecting in the spigot bushing.
