Is it possible to MoT a car like this?

I doubt this is road legal as there seems to be no bulkhead/firewall between the engine and the interior seats. It seems to be fairly typical for bike engine conversions that to get the engine and transmission (in particular the transmission) to fit you need to cut away parts of the body, and once you take a sizeable chunk of the body out you immediately jeopardise the structural integrity of the car. Even if you compensate by welding in extra gussets, bars etc, the very fact you've changed the structure means the vehicle now requires SVA to be road legal. The MoT is the least of the problems...
