Great Work Tate, Bit by bit its all coming together :thumbup I noticed that you have 4 backing plates powder coated, arn't you puting front discs on ;)

Yes I'm putting discs in front.. those front backing plates wen't to powder coating by a mistake  :$

Something new again...  Engine simulations show that these Italian Design performance parts will increase engine power +5hp throughout the rev range.  :o  :o  ;D

New parts for the engine:
-Alternator
-Water pump
-all STD bearings
-STD piston rings
-full gasket set
-thermostat
-v belt
-headbolt set



Closer inspection showed that one valve and rocker had been damaged.

New intake and exhaust valves



I bought crank wheel, valve train cover and crank sensor from Cinquecento 0.9. The seller lives in UK and he had a interesting way removing the parts from the engine..  ;D I prefer removing the nut, but he decided to cut the crankshaft  :o
