Pozdrawiam

I agree fifty pounds delivery for 100 miles is expensive.
If you want to just communicate in Polish try one of the hundreds of Polish 126p sites though.

They had the same conversation in english on the gearbox post. I think £50 is a lot for a 100 miles, I would probably pick up anything I bought off him myself.

They are a lot of delivery services advertised on ebay for half the price.

there is a section on the forum for ebay bits and pieces, shouldn't this be moved there?

I do apologize everyone for texting in Polish, Popik emailed me in Polish, he was rude, I didn't know if his english was good enough to understand my reply so I replied in Polish. Once again sorry. You all agreed that 50 pounds is expensive. You all might be right it is expensive if you compare to services you can buy on other sites. I'm private person not involved in any couriers and price 50 pounds for 100 miles which for me will be 200 miles because I need to get back home is below my costs anyway. To do 100 miles I need to fill up for 30 quid, 200 miles = 60 quid + my time and usage of the car etc. I still think that 50 pounds is fair price but thank you all for your advice and suggestion to use courier. I will check their services in the next few days. Thank you and sorry for my english.
David

The seller clearly states the price of shipping on the ebay listing.  So why is there a problem.  If you consider the seller's shipping charges to be to expensive, either arrange your own courier or collect the item yourself or just ignore the ad and look elsewhere!

I agree with Chris I you buy off ebay then the cost for the item "to you" includes the postage and delivery costs.  If this is too expansive or you think the delivery costs are too much then walk away and buy another day.  I buy a lot of items from ebay and I often complain "to myself" on the price some ebayers charge for delivery but I pay it if I want the item if the over all cost is reasonable.  So I think this gripe has gone on long enough lets get back to talking 126.

Hi David,
Please do not forget "Bis" parts as well! Please see your other thread on the gearbox. I was wondering whether the Cinquecento wih 704cc (31bhp) is the same engine as in the watercooled bis but with larger bhp. Do you know whether anyone in Poland has attempted replace a the Bis engine with the Cinquecento 704cc engine?
