door warping

Has anyone suffered from the effects of door warping?

my drivers door has warped and is rubbing on the wing causing paint to come off. (looks horrible)

ive had the door off, and i believe its because the hinges are intenal to the door, their is play in the bottom hinge this is what i think is causing it. Ive heard this is a common problem with the 126, ive seen it alot myself. So there must be a common soloution to the problem?

will be interesting to know, if anyone else is suffering from same problem

Hi Chris, the corect way to do it is to replace the hinge pin but nearly impossible on a 126, a perminent bodge is to put packing washers at the back of the bottom hinge you know were the bolts go through so it has the effect of lifting the door up ie the more packing washers the higher the door will go.
