Hi

Seemed the best place to post? Anyone know where I can get a locking handle for my engine compartment? 1973 126. At the mo it's a standard non locking handle.

It was more some idiot pouring sugar/sand/cement/shampoo/conditioner/water/glue/cheese sauce/ragu into the engine.

Hey I think that is the almost the exact mix of ingredients that Bis13 uses to clean his engine

If the catch is like the 500s then you can get one for less than £20 [-/

I tried come Lye...caustic soda on some bits the other day for just a few moments then washed it off quickly.

Wicked evil stuff but cleans aluminium like new but could cause some major injuries is not handled with extreme care

Don't breathe the fumes either
